It’s been a while since I’ve updated here. There have been several layouts I’ve done in the mean time.
I worked on a couple of LJ layouts for various people. There’s one I don’t have a screen shot off yet because the client and I are still tweaking a few things here and there.

The first one uses pictures from Ruroni Kenshin; and the second was a re-work I did for a friend. Her boyfriend customized the picture of her and then I made it into a banner so she could more easily put it into a layout and installed the code for her.

The others I’ve done are sites that I use myself; my personal blog and then two new layouts for the Tarot Business site. All of these layouts use commissioned artwork from Dusk Fire Art. Lady Death has been used in another layout before this but in this layout she’s been cropped a little bit so that the blog takes centerpiece rather than the header. Given she did such great work on my avatar for the tarot site it seemed only right that with Kore joining the site Dusk do her avatar as well so that they matched and so the header for Look Beyond Mirrors uses that. When Kore and I decided that we would be changing the business name and site to The Silver Path Tarot it was best to re-do the header so that it was more Path and less Mirror, and those same avatars have been used in that but the background was changed.

They’re “Quite Lickable!” or rather that’s the framework from S2 that I used for them.

These layouts I made, one for my own journal after making the other which was a commission from Thasia, who is a repeat client
. I must also give thanks to CartoonGirl7 who graciously gave consent for her artwork to be used in Thasia’s journal, and DuskFire Art whose commission was used in my journal.
I’ve found that I really like the Quite Lickable framework. I’d tried previously to make a layout in the Sturdy Gesture style…but that…it really doesn’t like headers, or at perhaps likes them too much because it really likes to put the headers into the comment box and make them look really horrendous. I’m going to play around with that some more, maybe I can work out why it’s doing that.
In the mean time, if you like these layouts I can make one in a similar scheme for you for $35.

If you have image gallery needs I highly recommend getting a Coppermine Gallery installed. I can make a theme for your gallery to match your main site, or even make it identical to your main site if you would like to have your main site installed on a Wordpress engine.
I can make the layout using images from your gallery or other images that you give me.
To see coppermine galleries in action check out these links: Chrome Plated Harts Gallery (April 2010: CPH gallery taken down in favor of reverting to original coding) or Shades of Blue gallery (Dec 2009: Shades gallery down due to server issue not yet reinstalled) try Starnigh Industries who have several coppermine galleries on various sites.
